Following our investigation, we installed a brand-new supply pipe using moling techniques to minimise disruption to the property. All areas were carefully reinstated as found, with the new connection made at the boundary and a new entry point installed. For added peace of mind, we also fitted a new internal stop tap.

After carrying out a thorough investigation using specialist listening equipment, we located a pinhole leak in the copper pipe. The damaged section was replaced with durable MDPE pipe, and the area was fully reinstated to its original condition.

The customer was experiencing poor water pressure, so we installed a new 25 mm MDPE water supply using moling - a trenchless method that minimises disruption and avoids digging up the entire garden. The upgrade delivered significantly improved water pressure, with all areas neatly reinstated on completion.

New Water Entry Point & External Stop Tap Installation

We installed a new point of entry with the pipework moled in, ready to support the customer’s future building project. As they are constructing a shed and required an external water source, we fitted a new external stop tap and chamber for easy access and full control of the water supply. All work was carefully reinstated to our usual high standard.
